TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

The videographer will retain copyright ownership of all video works, including but not limited to all videos in their original and processed formats.

The photographer/videographer may display images/videos to promote the business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites, sample albums, etc. in case the client does not ask for special privacy in advance. Delivered videos will not include all clips shot. The videographer reserves the creative right to edit and release only those deemed professional in quality and within the artistic and creative standards. A non-refundable booking deposit of 30% will confirm your booking and secure your date. The booking deposit will be deducted from the cost of the client's chosen package when calculating the final balance. During the wedding dinner we will use some of the time to take a small break. A meal is not a requirement, however one would be greatly appreciated. All travel and lodging expenses will be invoiced by the videographer and paid by the client, separately from the charges for other services. Any applicable travel expenses will have been agreed prior to the wedding day. The photographer/videographer will deliver the final edited digital files as quickly as possible. However this could take up to 2 months during busy periods.
